Oct 21 - 28 weekly update

This week I got my test back :D. I was not happy with my mark though :(. I did solving concept, but then the structure is totally wrong so I get a lot of marks off because of that :(. Well I have to remember for the next midterm, I'll do the structure right too in order to get marks. As for the coming week, we have our a2 due. I don't have time until the weekend to start working on it :(. Anyway, I sort of solved the pattern of the first one, but it is very tricky to write down the formula. Always for this week's quiz, I was having trouble on the material so I go online and find tutorial for it. Turns out there's a few good tuorial and I want to share with you guys. Oct 15-21 weekly update

Hello again, whoever is reading this blog. The good news for me is I finally finish my harsh week of test and quizzes, and can finally take a breadth. The lost is that I have skipped this week's lecture to study for the exams :(. I'm catching up to the lecture pace as I'm typing this out. Also I go get back my test on friday, and the result is not I expected. I've studied the weekend long for that and I think I should have got higher than what I have, based on the marking scheme he stated. Hopefully I can catch up with the lecture by the end of Tuesday because on Wednesday, we're going to learn new stuff :D. And 1 finally thing is that a2 handout is already :D. I'll do some of it this week and some of it next week. I will probably go to office hour this week as we all know they office hour will be crowded before a2 due :D. Week Oct 8-13 update

Hello everyone, bet everyone's busy this week? Well, we're almost busy every week anyway. I'm a bit nervous a bit of tomorrow's quiz, I did first 2 tutorial question but not the third because I see the pattern but I don't know how to express it in terms, and I got no time to figure it out because I'm going to have 3 tests, 3 quizzes this week! Isn't life exciting( not really)? Most of us is going to have the STA247 midterm on Monday and I spend most of my weekend for that (still nervous about it!). For all those who has the midterm  this week, I wish you all luck and do good in the midterm. That's it for this week, stayed tune and see you next time.

Today's update:

We are going to have an exam this coming Wednesday (yay!?). I have mastered (at least I thought) Complete and Mathematical Induction, sort of get well ordering and completely no idea about structural induction. I will start reading the course textbook soon to get some more ideas what's going on, also internet is very useful for resources.
